		<description>Hi there, I too thought this was a good article and it highlights the need for schools to adapt quickly and choose effective elearning services to match the requirements of their own school. This will be increasingly important in the future to ensure that students can learn at their own pace, on interesting and interactive materials. Community Learning will be at the heart of elearning in the future and teachers need to be prepared to cope with and exploit this powerful medium. I am a little concerned by the recent DOPA schemes eminating from the U.S. which will, in my opinion, stifle the potential of the web as a collaborative learning tool.
