&lt;p&gt;I&#039;ve designed systems that do re-use reasonably well at a high level -- I think it is more about your content requirements than your system architecture -- if your content requirement dictate no re-use for various audiences/roles, then it&#039;s sort of a non-starter.&lt;/p&gt;
